Applicants can apply without signing in or use a verified account. Approved trainees receive secure portal access; staff use institution credentials matched to their role and institution.

SkilVanta is the digital operating platform for the Barbados Gateway Training Initiative: nationally sponsored by MTVT Barbados, governed and coordinated through the TVET Council, delivered by BCC, BVTB and SJPI, and built and designed by IsleBridgeOne.
